George R. Fisher Jr.
President
George has almost 4 decades of experience in the field of construction and is currently President of G. Fisher Commercial Construction, Inc. With a thorough expertise in this field, he is capable of handling an organization or project of any size. George has led the G. Fisher team to complete over 75 million dollars of projects over the last 6 years.
He was provided with hands-on experience as a Project Manager for Cassady Development in 1980 - 1981 where he assisted in the creation of several office buildings in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
George graduated from Harper College with a degree in Architectural Technology in 1978 and dedicated the next 37 years to G. Fisher Construction. His passion for construction and architecture paired with a down to earth and determined attitude has made him an exceptional business leader.
In his free time, George enjoys pheasant hunting with his Llewellin English Setter, fishing, and playing golf.
Terrence Fisher
Project Manager
Terry, like his brother, has dedicated 30 plus years to construction. With 11 years of hands-on carpentry, 25 years of design build, general contracting, and union commercial carpentry experience, he is well versed in the office and in the field.
Terry attended San Diego State and went on to develop many properties and relationships within the construction industry.
In 2002 he started a surveying company where he directed construction layouts, water detention, building stacking and much more. Terry’s personal approach and his unique professional “grit” allow him to accurately execute each and every project from start to finish.
On the weekends you’ll probably find Terry out on his boat, relaxing at home with Tank – his 135lb Leon Berger dog – or on the golf course with George and Rich.
Richard Stanke
Superintendent
As the firm’s superintendent, Rich’s responsibilities include coordinating and managing all work in the field as well as collaborating with the rest of the team in the office. Rich’s excellent communication skills and down to earth attitude have allowed him to work well with everyone from clients and office staff to vendors and architects. Like George and Terry, Rich also has 30+ years of construction experience, both residential and commercial.
Rich can usually be found on the golf course or on a fishing trip with George. He also enjoys spending time with his two sons.
Heather Torres
Director of Operations
Heather joined G. Fisher in 2020 with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Her enthusiasm and exceptional interpersonal skills have made her the first point of contact at G. Fisher. While managing the office, she also assists in the development of each project. Heather’s attention to detail, ability to multitask, and easygoing nature have truly made her a member of the G. Fisher family.
Heather likes to repurpose antique furniture in her free time. She also loves going camping with her family and spending time with her 2 dogs, Thor and Loki.
Danielle Fisher
Project Administrator
As a child, Danielle spent a lot of time with her father, George, at the office and job sites. With a creative mind, Danielle is actively involved in the production and management of marketing collateral. She is also responsible for supervising and coordinating business activities and events.
You’ll often catch Danielle at the local flea markets or walking her dog, Clover.
